Redlight takes justice into your own hands, safely.
Redlight is a service that works closely with the South African Traffic Department to allow you to report bad driving via your own submitted videos. Every submission is then viewed by the Traffic Department, allowing you to single handed bring justice to reckless drivers with just a few clicks.

Purchase and use any dash camera in your vehicle to catch those incidents that happen right in front of you! Remember, your footage is only valid if a clear image of the offenders number plate is visible, so make sure your camera quality is good. Redlight doesn’t condone the use of any footage taken via cellphone as it is irresponsible to be operating a cellphone whilst driving.

Simply upload your submission with the correct details about the incident and it will be available for other to see – this includes the South African Traffic Department.
If your video helped with the issuing of a fine towards the offender. You will be notified and posted on your Redlight Profile, making your future submissions more likely to be viewed by the Traffic Department.
